Standard residential exterior cleaning costs $9 per window for a one-time service, $7 per window per visit for two annual visits, or $5 per window per visit for four annual visits. A $175 minimum applies to each visit. Large glass systems and commercial façades receive custom pricing.

One window means one framed exterior window opening. Each separate sliding-glass panel counts as one window. Oversized glass, storefront systems, skylights, glass railings, and large divided-pane assemblies may require custom pricing.

Do I need to remove exterior screens?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Exterior screens covering the glass must be removed before service unless screen access has been arranged separately.

What happens if I do not know my window count?

You can reserve a requested appointment with a $50 deposit. The deposit is applied to the final service total. We will confirm the window count and final price before charging the remaining balance.

Do I need to be home?

Usually not. We need approved exterior access and completed appointment instructions. Someone may need to be available when gates, vehicles, pets, screens, or other property conditions require coordination.

What happens during bad weather?

Wind, rain, or unsafe operating conditions may require the service to be rescheduled. Weather-related rescheduling does not result in a customer penalty.

Purified-water cleaning removes common dust and environmental buildup. Heavy mineral deposits, permanent etching, paint, adhesives, and construction residue may require a separate restoration service.
