SkyWashWindow Terms of Service

  1. 1. Exterior-only service. SkyWashWindow provides drone-powered exterior window and façade cleaning. Interior window cleaning is not included in a standard residential service.
  2. 2. Standard residential window. One "window" means one framed exterior window opening. Each separate sliding-glass panel counts as one window. Oversized glass, storefront systems, skylights, glass railings, and large divided-pane assemblies may require custom pricing.
  3. 3. Residential vs commercial pricing. Residential per-window pricing applies to qualifying residential properties. Commercial façades, oversized glass, storefront systems, and other properties requiring a customized scope are quoted separately.
  4. 4. $175 minimum per visit. A $175 minimum applies to each residential visit, regardless of the calculated per-window subtotal.
  5. 5. $50 unknown-count deposit. If you book without knowing your window count, a $50 deposit reserves your requested appointment and is applied to your final service total. The $175 minimum per visit still applies.
  6. 6. Final window-count adjustment. When the customer does not know the window count in advance, we confirm the count and final price before charging any remaining balance.
  7. 7. Recurring-plan billing. Biannual and quarterly plans provide two or four scheduled visits per year, respectively. The $175 minimum applies to each visit.
  8. 8. Requested appointments and confirmations. All appointment times are requested and become confirmed after property information has been reviewed by SkyWashWindow. You will be contacted by email if additional information is required.
  9. 9. Weather rescheduling. Wind, rain, airspace restrictions, or other unsafe operating conditions may require the service to be rescheduled by SkyWashWindow at no penalty to the customer.
  10. 10. Property access. The customer agrees to provide reasonable, safe exterior access to the property, including any gate codes or access instructions provided in the booking.
  11. 11. Screen removal. Exterior screens covering the glass must be removed before service unless screen access has been arranged separately.
  12. 12. Windows closed and secured. The customer is responsible for closing and securing all windows prior to service, and for keeping vehicles, pets, people, and other obstacles away from the service area during cleaning.
  13. 13. Pre-existing conditions. SkyWashWindow is not responsible for pre-existing cracks, failed seals, window tint, leaks, loose frames, existing glass damage, permanent mineral etching, paint, adhesives, construction residue, or other conditions that cleaning cannot reverse.
  14. 14. Payment authorization. By providing payment information, you authorize SkyWashWindow (and its payment processor, Stripe) to charge the amounts disclosed at booking, including any confirmed balance following an on-site window-count confirmation.
  15. 15. Cancellation and rescheduling. Customers may cancel or reschedule without charge at least 24 hours before the confirmed appointment. A deposit may be retained for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the confirmed appointment, except when SkyWashWindow reschedules due to weather, operational conditions, or property requirements.
  16. 16. Workmanship-resolution process. If a customer believes an included area was missed, the customer must contact SkyWashWindow within 48 hours and provide reasonable documentation. When appropriate, SkyWashWindow will arrange a corrective visit for the affected included area.
  17. 17. Limitation of liability. SkyWashWindow is licensed, insured, and operates with an FAA Part 107 Certified Pilot, and performs services with reasonable care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyWashWindow's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
  18. 18. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the service is performed, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
