Information we collect. When you book a service, request a commercial quote, contact us, or begin a booking, we collect the information you provide, including: name, email, phone number, service address (street, city, state, ZIP), property type and number of stories, selected plan, approximate window count, appointment details, property notes and access instructions, and any images you choose to upload. If you begin a booking and continue to the next step, the details you entered are saved so we can follow up. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details.

How we use it. To schedule, confirm, and perform your service; to communicate about your booking; to follow up on incomplete requests; to send administrative notifications to our team; to process payments; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.

Uploaded property images. Property photos you upload during booking or a commercial quote are stored securely and are not made publicly accessible. They are used only to prepare and perform your service.

Service providers we use. We share information only with the vendors that help us operate the business — for example our website hosting provider, our database and file-storage provider, our email delivery provider, our scheduling systems, and our payment processor (Stripe). We may also disclose information when required by law.

Analytics and cookies. We may use basic analytics and cookies to understand site usage and improve performance. Where applicable, we will present a cookie notice.

Data security. We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures — including access controls, encrypted transport, and secure server-side validation — to protect your information.

Retention. We keep booking, quote, and contact information as long as needed to provide service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Your choices. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@skywashwindow.com. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and limit use of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

No sale of personal information. SkyWashWindow does not sell your personal information.
